Dotare [DOTAR] Stake Pool Upgraded to Cardano Node 1.35.5

Dotare upgraded their stake pool to Cardano node version 1.35.5, which was a maintenance release addressing a fix in ledger internal data structures.

The Cardano network experienced a brief node outage that saw about 50% of network nodes inexplicably offline. However, the network recovered automatically in a few minutes without the need for an intervention.
