Dotare and its related entities (“Dotare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provide access to our platform, including the Dotare mobile application, dotare.io, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Eligibility & Accounts

- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Use of Services
- You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Dotare may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through the Services are owned by Dotare or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
- You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Dotare a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Services.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
User Content & Conduct
- You are solely responsible for any information, materials, or content you upload or provide through the Services.
- You represent that you have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove user content that violates these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or resources. Dotare does not endorse or control these third-party resources and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Availability & Security
- We provide the Services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- While we implement security measures, we cannot guarantee that communications or data will be free from unauthorized access or interception.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dotare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.
- Dotare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months, or (b) $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dotare, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, Dotare, or third parties.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, USA.
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts located in State of Florida, USA.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and/or app. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
