To receive ADA you will need a Cardano compatible wallet. Beneficiaries login monthly to claim their funds. Any un claimed funds at the end of the cycle are returned to the endowment.

Pure universal basic income. No means testing. Beneficiary applicants and recipients can reapply every year for consideration and or continued benefits.
Application Process

Create an account and follow the steps to become a beneficiary. You'll be notified during the annual enrollment process to secure your place in line and if the underlying endowment has grown large enough to beneficiaries up to your number you will be able to start claiming your benefits.
- Selection process
A Citizen Number is assigned at the time of account creation. During the annual Beneficiary application window, applicants who check in, will then be ordered by their Citizen Number. Based on the growth of the endowment, applicants will be notified that they are eligible to receive payments. Those notified will complete KYC prevent duplicate benefit claims.
