There isn't a public application process — this isn't an open-application program. Participants are referred and randomly selected in partnership with two local service providers, A New Leaf and Tempe Community Action Agency, who identify eligible homeless individuals already in their systems. The Logical Foundation then randomizes selection from that referred pool.
